Order & Returns

You can simply browse our collections, select your desired product, and click on ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Buy It Now’ to proceed to checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, if you wish to cancel the order before it’s shipped, please contact us immediately at support@mettiq.com.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use the tracking link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

You can contact our support team at support@mettiq.com with your order number, issue details, and product images. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original mode of payment.

No, sale or discounted items and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments.

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes across India. You can select the “Cash on Delivery” option at checkout before completing your order.

Yes. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted through trusted payment gateways.

Don’t worry — if the payment was deducted but not confirmed, it usually gets refunded within 2–5 business days. If not, contact your bank or reach out to us at support@mettiq.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal fee may apply for smaller or COD orders.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Yes, we deliver to most major cities and towns across India.

Currently, we are delivering only within India.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and inform us immediately at support@mettiq.com.

Product & Care

Our products are primarily made from high-quality metal, designed for durability, modern aesthetics, and long-lasting use.

Wipe gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to maintain the product’s finish.

We strive to display accurate images, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution differences.

Most of our wall-mounted items include mounting hardware and simple installation instructions. For complex installations, professional assistance is recommended.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save favorites, and manage returns easily.
