1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we will unfortunately be unable to accept returns or exchanges.


2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.

  • You have received a wrong product or missing item.

  • The item differs from its description or image on our website.

Please ensure the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.


3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, installed, or customized products.

  • Products purchased during sale, offer, or clearance events.

  • Gift cards, free gifts, or promotional items.

  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Mettiq will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (such as personal preference), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

In case of a self-shipped return, please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mettiq.in.

  2. Provide your Order ID, registered email, and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify your request and guide you with pickup or return instructions.

  4. Once received, our quality team will inspect the product and update you on the approval status.


6. Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo a thorough quality check.

  • If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • If the product is found used, damaged (by customer), or missing parts, the return may be rejected.


7. Refund Method & Timeline

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed through bank transfer.

  • The refund process typically takes 5–7 working days after inspection approval.

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


8. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Exchange requests are raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The requested replacement product must be of equal or lesser value (if higher, price difference must be paid).

If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.


9. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may proceed with a return request after delivery (if eligible).


10. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video proof.
We’ll verify the issue and arrange for a free replacement or refund.
